Accessibility statement

Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use this website. We have designed it to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. You should be able to:

• zoom in up to 400% without text disappearing off the screen;
• move around the whole website using a keyboard alone;
• use it with a screen reader;
• use it in light or dark mode, following your device's setting;
• turn off animation by switching on reduced motion on your device.

Known limitations

The product screenshots are images of heatnet with demonstration data. Each has a text description, but the detail inside the screenshots cannot be read by a screen reader. Ask us and we will describe any screen in more detail or show it to you in a live demo.

heatnet itself

heatnet uses plain language, works with a keyboard, and does not rely on colour alone to show important information. We are happy to talk through accessibility for your staff and for the documents heatnet sends to your customers.
